What exactly do I get when I buy a product?
The exact contents are listed on each product page under "What's included", for example the number of skills or prompts, an install guide, and ChatGPT Custom GPT setup instructions for skills and agents. After checkout you download the actual files: Markdown skill files, prompt documents or guides.
How is the product delivered?
Checkout and delivery run through Lemon Squeezy. Once your payment goes through, you get a download link for your files. It is also in the receipt email.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Prompt packs and guides work in any AI chat tool by copy and paste. Skills and AI Agents need a short install (copying a folder, or pasting text into a Custom GPT), and every product comes with step-by-step instructions for it.
Does this work with both ChatGPT and Claude?
Prompt packs and guides work with any AI chat tool. Skills and AI Agents work with both ChatGPT and Claude. Each one includes setup instructions for both (in ChatGPT through a Custom GPT or pasted instructions). Check the "Works with" field on each product page.
Do I need ChatGPT Plus or Claude Pro?
For most products, no. Prompt packs and guides work with a free ChatGPT or Claude account. The exception is setting up a Skill or AI Agent as a ChatGPT Custom GPT, which needs a paid ChatGPT plan (Plus or Team). Every skill and agent also includes a version you can paste straight into a chat on any ChatGPT plan.
Is this a subscription?
No. Every product is a one-time purchase and the files are yours to keep. You will need your own ChatGPT or Claude account to use them, free or paid depending on the product, but that is a subscription with OpenAI or Anthropic, not with us.
Are updates included if you improve a product later?
There is no formal update plan. If we make a significant update to a product you bought, we will try to get it to you, but we can't promise ongoing updates the way a software subscription would.
What's your refund policy?
Because the products are delivered instantly, all sales are final. If a file is broken or a product doesn't match its "What's included" list, contact us and we will fix it. The full details are in our Refund Policy.
Can I use these for client work or my business?
Yes. The products are licensed for your own use, including running your business and doing client work. Reselling or redistributing the files themselves is not allowed. The exact terms are in our Terms of Service.
How do I get help if something isn't working?
