Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of digital products from Make it easy with AI, a trading name of Elite Brand, MB ("we," "us"). By purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products and delivery

Our products are digital files (instructions, prompts, and guides) delivered electronically after purchase, via our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy. Each product page lists its exact contents under "What's included."

2. License

When you purchase a product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own personal or business purposes, including client work. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the product files themselves (as opposed to work you produce using them) with anyone who has not purchased the product.

3. Payments

All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles payment processing, applicable sales tax/VAT, and receipts. We do not store your payment card details.

4. Refunds

See our Refund Policy for full details. In short: due to instant digital delivery, all sales are final except where a product is technically broken or doesn't match its listed contents.

5. AI-generated output disclaimer

Our products are instructions for use with third-party AI tools (such as Claude or ChatGPT). We do not control, and are not responsible for, the output those tools generate when you use our products. AI tools can produce incorrect, incomplete, or unsuitable output, and you are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on or publishing it.

6. No warranty; limitation of liability

Products are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind beyond what's described on the product page. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of a product.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This does not deprive you of any consumer-protection rights you may have under the mandatory laws of your own country of residence.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our products after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
